How does a disc granulator work?
The disc type granulator mainly depends on the centrifugal force to make the raw materials form into ball-like pellets. After you start the disc pan granulator, its motor will lead the belt to move. With them, the small gear and the decelerator are also put in motion. Then the main gear will drive the whole pan to revolve. When the rotary disc reach a certain speed, with the combined effort of the spray device, raw materials in the disc will compact with each other, forming into round granules during the process. As the pellets gradually grow into the right size, they will come to the top of other materials, and eventually leave the disc through outlets.

How to produce round granules in disc granulator?
- Adjust the angle of disc organic fertilizer granulator, make it tilted about 40°-55° off the ground.
- Start the machine. After the disc rotates, add the raw materials into the pan from the inlets atop, make them tumble with the big pan.
- As the materials diminish, fill more materials into the rotary disk nodulizer.
